Section Besòs Riverside Park

This section of the Ronda Verda connects Collserola Park and the Sea Front. It runs for about five kilometres, crossing the municipalities of Santa Coloma de Gramenet and Sant Adrià de Besòs. Along its route you can find the Rec Comtal, Passeig de la Ribera and the Besòs Riverside Park.

Places of interest

on the right bank of the River Besòs is the Rec Comtal de Barcelona and on the left bank the most important features are Can Zam and El Molinet parks, as well as the Besòs Riverside Park. It is open to the public every day of the year at the following times: spring (21 March-20 June): 10am to 6pm; summer (21 June-20 September: 10am to 9pm; autumn (21 September-20 December): 10am to 6pm, and winter (21 December-20 March): 10am to 5pm.

Characteristics

On the right bank of the river, sections where use is shared with pedestrians; another section with segregated cycle lane (Passeig de la Ribera); and from Can Zam Park (Santa Coloma de Gramenet) as far as the Sea Front, a signed cycle lane in the Riverside Park with entry and exit ramps.

Difficulty

The difficulty of this section of the Ronda Verda is considered to be low.

Problems

The municipality of Montcada i Reixac does not have full Ronda Verda signing. Check the map.
